Airpelago, a leader in power line inspections with autonomous drones, is pleased to announce its collaboration with PiteEnergi.

PiteEnergi provides 100% renewable electricity to Norrbotten, Sweden, and owns, maintains, and develops electricity, district heating, and broadband networks. PiteEnergi has chosen Airpelago to inspect its full electricity grid of 790 km using autonomous drones.

Airpelago will capture high-resolution photos enabling accurate defect detection, and LiDAR data for a precise 3D-representation of the assets and vegetation.
