Airpelago’s drone automation software is built to reduce complexity from the field, but pilot training is still a key part of our work. To keep operations safe, accurate, and in line with our high quality standards, all pilots—both new and experienced—attend regular training sessions.

Over the past month, we organized three pilot training days to strengthen our team’s skills across different regions.

In February, we held our recurring training at Airpelago Nordic for 19 drone pilots. In early March, we hosted a training session in the UK for a new group of pilots joining us from the UK, France and Portugal.

A week later, we ran another training session for 20 new pilots joining our Nordic operations.

These sessions are more than just technical training; they provide pilots with up-to-date knowledge on drone regulations, best practices, and new technology, along with hands-on experience. This ensures they are ready for any challenge and can carry out inspections safely and accurately.

As we continue to grow and enter new markets, these training sessions will remain a key part of how we deliver top-quality drone powerline inspections.
